Create & Manage Realms
Overview
This guide explains how to create and manage realms on the GRACE AI platform. Realms are used to organize authentication and user access, supporting both GRACE and Azure AD authentication methods. You will learn how to create realms, add users, and manage user access within each realm.
User Guide
Step 1: Access Realms Management

Navigate to Management under your profile and settings on the GRACE AI platform.
- In older platform versions, realms may be found in the right corner of the interface.
Step 2: Create a New Realm
- Click Create to start a new realm.
- Enter a name for the realm.

Choose the authentication method:
- GRACE: Use GRACE's built-in authentication.
- Azure AD: Use Azure Active Directory for authentication.
- The new realm will appear in the list of created realms.
Step 3: Add Users to a Realm
- Select the desired realm from the list.
- Click Create to add a new user.
- Enter the user's login email, first name, and last name.
- The user will receive an email prompting them to update their password.
- Once the password is set, the user will have access to the applications allowed within this realm.
Step 4: Manage Users and Realms
- Reset a user's password or delete a user as needed from the realm management interface.
- Delete a realm if it is no longer required.
