Settings & Administration Guide

Overview

The Settings menu in GRACE allows administrators to manage users, projects, workspaces, resources, models, applications, and platform-wide configurations. Access requires administration rights.

User Guide

1. Accessing Settings

1. Click on the settings icon in the menu bar.
2. The Management Dashboard opens, providing access to different administrative areas.

2. User Management

1. Navigate to Settings → Users.
2. Add New User
   • Click Add New.
   • Provide the following information:
     • Email
     • Login abbreviation
     • First name & surname
     • Roles (multiple can be assigned)
   • Click Save to create the user.
3. Edit User
   • Select an existing user → click Edit.
   • Update user details, roles, or assign a new password (e.g., in case of forgotten credentials).

3. Project Management

Administrators can create and configure projects to define development boundaries.

• Create Project
  • Provide project name and description.
  • Assign resources:
    • CPU type & number of CPUs
    • Memory allocation
    • GPU (optional, for ML training/production)
    • Storage capacity
  • View monthly cost estimate (based on full 24/7 utilization).
