Profile Settings Guide

Overview

The Profile settings allow each user to manage their personal account preferences, credentials, and access options. Administrators additionally see their global roles.

1. Accessing Profile Settings

1. Click on your Profile in the navigation bar.
2. The Profile Settings page opens with various customization options.

2. Available Settings

• Change Password
  • Update your login password directly from the profile menu.
• Global Roles (Admins only)
  • Administrators can view their assigned global roles (e.g., Admin).
• SSH Key
  • Add your SSH key from your local machine.
  • This enables remote workspace connections instead of using the inbuilt IDE in GRACE.
• Access Token
  • Activate your access token.
  • Required if you want to interact with models externally (e.g., via APIs).
• Language Preferences
  • Default language is English.
  • Change to another available language if preferred.

3. Saving Changes

1. After updating any setting, the Save button will become active (no longer grayed out).
2. Click Save to apply your changes.
