Overview

The Monitoring Dashboard in Grace provides a comprehensive overview of compliance and control fulfillment across projects. This guide walks you through how to access, navigate, and utilize the monitoring features for better visibility and management of controls.


Accessing the Monitoring Dashboard

To access the Monitoring Dashboard:

  1. Open a Project
    Navigate to the Projects section in Grace. Select the desired project (e.g., Demo Project).
  2. Click on “Monitoring”
    In the project view, select the Monitoring button to launch the dashboard.

Understanding the Dashboard

Once inside the Monitoring Dashboard, you will see a high-level summary of control-related data for the selected project.

Key Metrics Displayed
  • Total Number of Controls Assigned
    • Includes controls applied to models and systems within the project.
  • Attestation Status
    • Displays the level of attested (verified) controls.
  • Framework & Standards Breakdown
    • Controls are categorized by associated frameworks and standards for detailed insight.
  • Importance Level Overview
    • Visual split of controls by importance level: Low, Medium, High.

Filtering Options

The dashboard offers flexible filtering tools to help you drill down into the data.

You can filter the dashboard by:

  • Control Name

Example Use Case

To analyze specific control subsets:

  1. Filter by Control Importance
    Select Medium to view only medium-importance controls.
